Natural Delphinium shells (also known as Dolphin Shells).

Commonly known as Delphiniums, these shells are part of the Turbinidae family of marine gastropods found in indo-pacific seas.

These shells are more suited to a small to medium type of Hermit Crab, the shells have an opening of approximately 1cm.

Natural seashells that are great for offering Hermit Crabs new homes. These ones are sized at approximately 3cm. These ones are a smaller shell and therefore better for small to medium sized Hermit Crabs. These shells have anopening of approximately 1cm.

You will receive 5 shells at an approximate length from point to point of 3cm. Colour and shape of the shells will vary slightly from the ones pictured.

They can also be used for aquarium decor on the bed, adding colour and texture to the reef as well as providing sanctuary for life such as copepods and amphipods.

Hermit crabs regularly change their shells as they grow, and some will prefer a certain type of shell over others, therefore it's a good idea to have a selection of shells available of varying shapes and sizes.
